MoAFMR 30th Agriculture Open Day & Marine Expo

Showcasing Caribbean excellence in agriculture, agribusiness, and innovation

Celebrate 30 years of Agricultural Excellence at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Marine Resources (MoAFMR) Open Day, taking place on October 2nd & 3rd, 2025. This two-day regional Agri-Marine fair features vibrant exhibitions from Farmers, Agri-entrepreneurs, NGOs, and Research Institutions, alongside live farm demos, Agri-tech showcases, Youth Projects, Local Cuisine, and Cultural Performances. Each evening will close with exciting live entertainment, capturing the spirit, rhythm, and unity of the Caribbean. Don’t miss this dynamic celebration of Innovation, Sustainability, and Caribbean Agriculture!

OECS-CARICOM Honey Show 2025

1st – 3rd October

The OECS-CARICOM Honey Show 2025 will be hosted in St. Kitts & Nevis, bringing together beekeepers, agricultural experts, and enthusiasts from across the region. This exciting event highlights the importance of apiculture to food security, biodiversity, and sustainable livelihoods in the Caribbean.

This event is part of the Caribbean Week of Agriculture (CWA 2025) and is supported by key partners including CARICOM, OECS, BIO SPACE, European Union, FAO, IICA, ACBO, UNDP-GEF SGP, and other regional and international organizations working towards advancing apiculture and agricultural development.

Entry Requirements for Participants

To ensure a smooth arrival process into Saint Kitts and Nevis for the 19th Caribbean Week of Agriculture (CWA), all participants are required to complete the Online Immigration and Customs ED Form and the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to travel.
Important:
  • Submission in advance will help expedite processing at the airport.
Travelling with Plant or Plant Products
Participants bringing plants, plant products, or related materials must apply for an Import Permit from the Department of Agriculture prior to travel. This requirement is in place to safeguard the Federation’s plant health and biosecurity.

Failure to complete the above steps may result in delays or refusal of entry.
