About CWA 2025
The 19th CWA will be held from 29th September - 3rd October 2025 in St. Kitts & Nevis. The proposed theme for CWA 2025 is “Sowing Change, Harvesting Resilience: Transforming Our Caribbean Food Systems for 2025 and Beyond.
Objectives
Attracting transformative and sustainable investments in agriculture and regional food production remains a strategic priority for the CARICOM region. Strengthening this sector is essential to effectively reducing the region’s growing food import bill while fostering long term economic benefits. CWA 2025 presents a vital opportunity to enhance dialogue and collaboration among key stakeholders, serving as a catalyst for meaningful partnerships. It also encourages deeper engagement from the regional private sector, with the overarching goal of accelerating agricultural growth and development, ultimately ensuring a more resilient and self-sufficient food system.

Specific Activities
Caribbean Week of Agriculture (CWA) features a dynamic lineup of events and initiatives designed to strengthen regional collaboration, showcase innovation, and promote sustainable growth within the agricultural sector.
Planning and Management
A CWA planning Committee will support the host country with planning, management and execution of CWA 2025. The host country will be the main lead for the staging of CWA 2025. The Planning Committee will comprise the following stakeholders:
